Who Review
posted by Rob on 08 Jun 2008

Well, what can I say? If all I got for my license fee was one program a week like Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead, I'd consider it money well spent. When next Saturday's episode turns out to be rubbish, it's going to be all that much more disappointing. [slightly spoilery comments]

And you were so right about the books made of paper thing too, Rob. Just goes to show you should be writing for Dr. who.

I was saying exactly that to Em, Sarah. My sarcasm became reality. It is, as you say, a sign that Mr Moffat should hire me.

Due to wonders of modern technology watched both yesterday and v. glad I did. Agree best this series and I feel clever (if sad) for guessing the 'saved'thing (though not the book thing) though I suppose it was pretty obvious.
And you can see the benefits of a two-parter. What did I tell you? ;)

On the subject of Professor River Song, isn't it implied that the Doctor she knows/knew/will know is the David Tennant doctor - as she recognised him immediately? So that means we'll have to see David Tennant's Doctor have armies turn around and run away, as well as spiff up his screwdriver, and presumably spend more time with the Prof. We may even get to hear his name (although RTD confirmed it isn't Keith).
I particularly enjoyed "I've been dieting"
