He won because the alternative was more of the same from Ken. I'm not a Londoner but the impression I get from up here is that he's managed to waste an awful lot of money. Mind you, if he really wants to see how to waste money then I'm sure the Scottish Parliament could give him some tips!

I think the mistake Ken made was cosying up too much to Labour. Boris is seen as the maverik that Ken once was. Should be interesting.
