Not to be outdone by the Great Wall of China, here's Helen, friend of Kathryn at Multilingual Matters, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in front of real snow! And what fresh, lovely looking snow it is too. Why haven't we had snow in my bit of the UK this year? Grr.

Alberta is amazing. I wish I was there now. Reading Needle in the Blood. In fact I want to go on record: I ♥ Canada.

I lived in Canada for six months in...shall we say a few years back. I adored it - and they have such good taste in literature!

...and there may be more far flung fun to come. Watch this space...

Sarah, I'm bringing my well-thumbed copy to the Historical Novel Society conference in York, in the hope that you'll sign it for me.

:)

Dee, it will be my pleasure, and lovely to put a face to the blogger.
